Educator / Pedagogue / Social Worker for Youth Welfare (m/f/d)

You accompany children and young people with special needs in everyday life and create a safe and stable environment through a clear, reliable daily structure. You plan and customise educational offers and creative leisure activities to promote children's social and emotional skills. You work closely in the team as well as with parents, schools and youth offices to ensure a holistic and coordinated promotion. You take the careful documentation of the pedagogical processes and set up development reports as a basis for case meetings and further assistance planning. In challenging situations, you act as a reliable respondent, intervene deescaling and offer emotional support to children and young people.

You have successfully completed a state-recognized educational training, for example as an educator:in or social education. You bring empathy and ideally first experience in the care of children and young people who need special support. Your work is structured and consistent, and at the same time you remain patient and relaxed in challenging situations. You are ready to work in the shift system, which also includes services on weekends and night, and has a class B licence. For a clear and secure communication in the team and with the commands you speak fluently German (C1 level).
