So your day looks like • With empathy and humour, you create a dynamic daily WG with your team, accompany the primary young people individually in the social space and promotes neighbourly relations • With an overview of the entire basic services and the SGB IX, you are in contact with various cost carriers, request technical performance hours and ensure accurate implementation • You take over the basic care and care of our clients and specific case responsibilities to ensure a self-determined, shared life and to manage everyday life • You build sustainable relationships, create structure and value the varied work with special people • Through close exchange with relatives, legal supervisors, the team as well as with expert advice and specialist care, you will receive full support
