Interior Designer / Architect as Project Manager IPAI CAMPUS (m/w/d)

Artificial intelligence is the future and key technology and enables us to solve the challenges of the next decades. Only if the German economy creates a leading position in value added in the AI sector can it maintain its competitiveness and actively shape sustainable and ethical values. IPAI Corporate Real Estate Management represents The Global Home of Human AI as a strategic partner within and outside the company. We design the IPAI CAMPUS vision and implement all relevant elements of a future city quarter to create a unique symbiosis and make it a preferred place for applied AI. We create IPAIs Future Home, Experience and Real Estate Solutions.You are responsible for planning, control and implementation, from the concept phase to completion. You develop concepts that align with the needs of future users – in the areas of community, workplace, events, exhibition and hospitality. You develop and develop architectural and interior architectural concepts for the IPAI CAMPUS, which create an intuitive, functional and emotional bond and reflect our brand identity. You develop modern workplace concepts that create a productive, flexible and inspiring working environment. You integrate our brand values and identity into the architectural and design concept to create a seamless connection between brand and space. You work closely with architects, city planners, engineers, specialist planners and other stakeholders to develop holistic solutions. You agree closely with internal and external partners, moderate workshops and present concepts and progress.

You have a degree in architecture, interior architecture or a comparable subject area (e.g. communication design, social sciences) You bring several years of professional experience in (internal) architecture or interior design, ideally in the field of workplace design or placemaking You have creative competence and a strong understanding of user experience You think creative and are able to develop innovative solutions You are a team player and work structured You speak fluent German and very good English JOBV1_EN
