Operational management of all technical departments Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees Development and implementation of efficient processes, systems, structures and standards Further development of performance and future-oriented processes Close cooperation with the CEO and the adjacent areas Support for the development and implementation of short-term and long-term targets Introduction of KPIs for performance monitoring Automation and digitalization of business processes Development and implementation of an effective operational organisational structure Talent management and personnel development in the operational field

Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a senior position with personal responsibility in machine or special machine construction, preferably in a medium-sized environment Outstanding leadership competence Decision-making, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Hands-on mentality and the ability to inspire people Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
