Our client is Germany's largest objector in the Doors segment and is set up in such a way that large projects in the areas of object construction and housing are implemented professionally throughout Germany. At the closest possible time, we are looking for the Head of Project Management (m/w/d) for South Germany with many years of leadership experience in control and project management of a decentralized organization in the interior of the object. The four branches for southern Germany are located in Lahr, Stuttgart, Munich and in the Lake Constance region. Total technical responsibility for all construction projects in the D-Süd market area

Management and control of the decentralized project manager organization

Planning, coordination and project management of all projects

Ensure a binding, structured project execution

Troubleshooting in the guide roller

Takeover of the technical project management of individual projects

Strengthening and expanding trusted relationships with customers, partners and suppliers

Study of Civil Engineering or Comparative Qualification

Mind. 3-5 years of leadership experience, e.g. as a construction manager / superstructure manager
