Business Application Manager (m/f/d)

Are you suggesting that our business applications run reliably and are constantly improving? Then you're right with us! Bring your know-how and actively shape the interface between IT and business. You monitor and administrate business applications for the automation of central business processes, such as DMS, workflow and construction calculation. In addition, you take the 2nd and 3rd level support and eliminate any disturbances. For more complex topics, you also involve external service providers that you coordinate and monitor. In cooperation with the other business areas, you are constantly developing our applications and services. With your expertise, you accompany software introductions and create the interface between IT and Business.

Your basis can be a completed training, e.g. a specialist informatics or computer science business (w/m/d), or an IT-related study such as business informatics. You have practical knowledge in operation and maintenance of IT systems, e.g. as a system administrator (w/m/d). Ideally, you can demonstrate experience in request management as well as in the design of IT solutions for users and in the field of interface definition. You will preferably bring knowledge and experience in IT processes and IT project management. You enjoy teamwork with a high proportion of communication and convince with a structured, reliable and independent way of working.
