You are responsible for the operation, development and optimization of our Microsoft Cloud environment (Azure, Microsoft 365). You control the administration of the Exchange Infrastructure (Exchange 2016 and Exchange Online) including mail security solutions and gateways. You advance access and identity management concepts and actively shape our security architecture. You implement cloud security strategies and continuously develop them with zero-trust approaches and modern protection mechanisms. You undertake the structured analysis and management of security incidents and conduct sustainable actions. You automate recurring processes using PowerShell (and ideally Python) to make our processes more efficient. You support cross-departmental projects and contribute to the work-up of old technical loads.

Multiannual experience in the administration of complex Microsoft cloud environments (Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange / Exchange Online). Knowledge of access and identity management and mail security. Understanding modern security architectures such as Zero Trust and experience with cloud security solutions (e.g. Microsoft Purview or comparable). Safe handling of PowerShell; Experience with Python of advantage. Self-employed and structured working methods with high problem-solving competence. Communication strength and service-oriented performance in a dynamic team environment. Very good German in word and writing; English are of advantage.
