The Louisenhof gGmbH – in the sponsorship of the likewise non-profit foundation Gabriel – creates, promotes and operates its mission in accordance with work, housing, culture and leisure opportunities for people with predominantly intellectual disabilities in Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein. In our recognized workshop we operate an art workshop in the east of Hamburg (Rahlstedt). Together with the people to be cared for by us, we manufacture art and craft products there and sell them in our own small shop.

Professionals for work and professional development / Pedagogical experts / craftsmen with educational and artistic skills (w/m/d)

Designs: Designer*in: You convey art techniques and skills to our people to be cared for. Together, you produce small, but fine handicraft products from various materials. You are happy to try new ones and are creative in developing your own product ideas. You plan and structure the daily workflows and document the development process of the people to be cared for. As part of our creative product team, you keep the economic aspect of our work in mind.

Rate: You are a listener, a trustee and an important point of contact for the people to be cared for. You keep the joint activity in mind and motivate and support.

Accompanying: You plan and document the personal development processes of the supervised people together and after consultation with the other leaders of the groups.

Remuneration and holidays Payment is made according to TVöD. Our employees are entitled to 30 days on holiday.
