HR Specialist / HR Generalist (HR Advisor, HR Administrator, HR Manager, or similar) (m/f/d)

We are looking for the next time Senior Consultant (m/w/d) (Personal supervisor, personnel officer, personnel manager, etc.) As an employee in human resources (m/w/d), you are responsible for managing executives and employees along the entire employee lifecycle as well as for working with HR projects and optimizing personnel processes.

You are a business partner for the executives and advise them proactively, solution-oriented and competently to all HR topics. You are pleased to be the first contact person of the HR department to assist our employees. You enter the complete employee lifecycle from the determination of personnel needs to retirement, plan the required HR instruments and measures and implement them in accordance with the legal and operational conditions. You take specific HR topics for the entire company and support the team in their implementation. You have the opportunity to work with innovative HR projects and thus take responsibility. You support the optimization, standardization and digitization of the processes and instruments in the HR sector. You work constructively and trustfully with all internal and external interfaces.

You have a completed training/study with corresponding additional qualification in the area of HR You have a generalized professional experience in HR, ideally in an industrial company You have knowledge of labour law, social security and wage tax law or you are happy to acquire them You could possibly already experience SAGE You are able to communicate with all contact persons constructively and at eye level, and love to think and act in a solution-oriented manner. You are a team player and think business beyond department boundaries
