Establishing and controlling an effective project portfolio management Presentation and preparation of project Priorities with recommendations for a portfolio team and management Creation of reports and KPIs in Jira & Power BI for status representation Pragmatic development of project standards, processes and tool landscape (Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, Power BI) Training & Onboarding New Project Members, Building a Strong Project Community Coaching of project participants and promoting knowledge sharing

Completed studies (e.g. in business or computer science) or comparable qualification Founded professional experience as project manager, PMO or Scrum Master Knowledge in classic and/or agile project and portfolio management, ideally in the IT or insurance industry Embossed presentation skills in the structured communication of complex topics Experience with portfolio graphics or boards desirable Confidential in handling methods such as PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI or Scrum (certification not required) Handling tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Office, MS Teams, Power BI Analytical thinking, structured working and process understanding
