Construction supervisor electrical engineering (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, HAPEKO, the personnel consulting for specialists and executives, is looking for a construction manager electrical engineering in a permanent position.

Our client is an established engineering and planning company focusing on technical building equipment and electrical equipment in construction projects. The company accompanies projects from planning to implementation and works closely with builders, specialist planners and exporting companies. The focus is on the quality, time and cost-oriented implementation of construction projects and compliance with relevant standards and specifications. Interdisciplinary work is being carried out at the site to efficiently control interfaces between planning, execution and documentation.

Do you want to actively control the electrical engineering design and make quality visible? Then, the role as a construction manager ELT offers you the opportunity to take responsibility at the construction site and to consistently lead projects to success.

Construction monitoring and coordination of all companies and specialist planners involved in the construction with clear control of quality, dates and costs Organisation of tendering and awarding in coordination with project management and contractor side as well as maintenance of the agreed performance volumes Examination of execution plans, performance directories and settlements including plausibility checks and clarification of technical questions Documentation of construction progress and cost tracking with transparent reporting and early escalation in case of deviations Self-communication with builders, authorities and project participants and ensuring compliance with standards, permits and work safety

Experience in the construction line or superstructure line in the building, ideally with interfaces to the electrical engineering building equipment Impressive enforcement and clear, solution-oriented communication to entrepreneurs, specialist planning, builders and authorities Team-wide thinking and joy of structured coordination so that projects as a whole work smoothly Impressed sense of responsibility to think things consistently to the end, as well as a resilient handling of complex construction site situations Team leadership and communication strength, including willingness to train and develop younger colleagues
