Tasks and responsibilities

Operation & administration Technical system administration of LabVantage LIMS over the entire lifecycle Ensuring system availability, performance, monitoring & incident management (2nd level) Patch and lifecycle management, build installation and transport of changes User and role management, authorization administration Implementation of periodic system reviews Further development & digitalization configuration of webpages, roles, workflows, masks and filters; Writing of SQL‐Queries Development and adaptation of Reports & Labels (Jasper) Technical Solution Design for New Requirements and Process Improvements Conception and implementation of interfaces (e.g. Talend/SDMS) Working in local and global projects for process optimization and automation GxP Compliance & documentation Ensuring a GxP-compliant system operation according to CSV and GMP requirements Creation and maintenance of technical and quality-relevant lifecycle documentation Qualification, validation and testing of changes and extensions Operation of old and archive systems and ensuring legal documentation obligations Support for audits and regular compliance audits Support, Training & Cooperation Support of key and end users in 2nd level, coordination of 3rd level support Close cooperation with QC, QA, OT, IT and external partners Training and coaching for users and colleagues

This is important to us Complete computer science studies or comparable studies with multi-year professional experience Multiannual experience in LabVantage LIMS technical administration Very good knowledge of: Jasper Reports, Configuration of LV Webpages & Workflows, SQL Queries / Filter Logic in LabVantage, Deployment and Transport Processes, Interfaces (e.g. Talend, SDMS) Experience in operation and validation of GxP systems. Technical understanding of laboratory processes and OT environments. Communication-proof with very good German and English skills Analytical and structured approach High accuracy and quality awareness Self-employed and responsible Joy of interdisciplinary cooperation
