Process Manager Build Network High Voltage (m/f/d)

A task that challenges. As Process Manager Build Network High Voltage (m/w/d), you actively shape the further development of central processes in the high-voltage environment. For efficient, standardized and sustainable processes, you will make an important contribution to the successful implementation of the energy transition. Process management and further development: As a process manager, you take over the process team's technical control and ensure that defined process targets and standards are adhered to and continually improved. You implement central requirements, respond to local adjustments and actively shape the further development of the entire process area. Coordination & Interface: You'll take over group performances from the LPO-Build Network, prepare them locally and at the same time return requirements of the Bayernwerk. Together with the LPO Building Network, you will ensure an E.ON-wide coordinated process understanding. Process optimization & CVP: You identify potentials for process automation, standardization and efficiency enhancement - from idea to final implementation. You work closely with the LPO, for example as part of process optimization and process performance dialogues. Transparency & Quality in the Process: You make sure that process documentation is complete, up-to-date and high quality. You release modelling (level 3), anchor IKS controls in the process, and as a Data Owner, take responsibility for data quality, data management and data classification. Stakeholder Management & Communication: You communicate process changes to all relevant local stakeholders, perform regular performance dialogues with the process expert:inside, you conduct process improvements.

Your profile is rounded off by a successfully completed master's degree.
