The Landesbetrieb Immobilienmanagement und Grundfonds (LIG) is the real estate manager of the city of Hamburg. We acquire, manage, develop and implement land and thus make a valuable contribution to sustainable urban development. The cross-border project coordination takes over the internal and external coordination of outstanding, real estate projects within the LIG and bundles the different interests of the line organisation and external stakeholders: both taking into account the existing (internal and external) requirements and personnel capacities. You... support the planning, analysis and control of large urban projects, examine development concepts, create cost-effectiveness calculations and agree with political bodies and authorities. accompany construction and plan law procedures, assess properties technically and economically and negotiate contracts for the release and development of areas. develop sustainable concepts for land use, take into account ecological, economic and social aspects and create action plans. conduct market and location analyses, apply assessment procedures and check economically strategic real estate transactions. prepare dates before and after, prepare reports and opinions and support parliamentary enquiries and quality assurance.
