In this role you are part of our production team and report to the team management production. You manufacture our products according to the production plan and applicable quality and safety standards. Ensuring the proper production of our products (including weighing, mixing and filling in cans) Operation, installation and calibration of production plants Implementation of process-accompanying controls and support in quality checks Documentation of all relevant production data to ensure traceability and KPI detection (e.g. production performance, disturbances, standstills) Compliance and implementation of all hygiene, safety and quality requirements (including HACCP and allergen management) Cleaning of plants and work areas and support for waste management Participation in test runs and validations of processes or recipe adjustments Active support for continuous improvement

So we fit together: At least 1 year experience in production, ideally in food, pharmaceutical or related fields Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Very good German knowledge and basic English skills Willingness to work in the two-layer system High awareness of hygiene, safety and quality Structured and careful working and good organizational capacity Ability to work both independently and effectively in the team
