Your tasks

Own-responsible management of our projects over the entire process in the function of the operational project management to AHO via all project stages and areas of action Professional leadership within the project teams - internal and external Self-employed management of demanding (large) projects around Bremen Ensure the quality of the work results of the project participants Quality assurance in execution through regular construction site visits Cost controlling in the project Support for the acquisition of new projects Identification of additional benefits and participation in the formulation and enforcement of supplementary requirements Quality assurance of the work results of expert project engineers and project engineers, work students, interns and interns

Complete studies, preferably civil engineering or architecture or Economic engineering with appropriate orientation Mind. 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management and management Good knowledge of project management and planning and administrative law (HOAI, VgV, VOB) High willingness to pass on your knowledge to our employees as an advisory person and coach Self-conscious and binding, sovereign appearance Strong communication and contact skills as well as excellent knowledge of German Impressed ability to prioritize and self-responsible and structured working while at the same time high team capacity Readiness to travel at least 3 days a week to an exciting project, which is about 120km from our office in Bremen
