Heat and energy are our contribution to the quality of life – every day new. As BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH we supply the capital with electricity and heat in a climate-friendly manner. Our district heating network is the largest Western Europe with a length of more than 2,000 kilometres. We supply about one third of the Berlin households with heat. With the know-how of our 2,200 employees, we cover the entire value chain of district heating – from production to grid operation and expansion to distribution. At high pressure, we work at the coal exit until 2030 and at climate-neutral production from 2045. In this way, we support the Land of Berlin significantly when reaching its climate targets. On the way to this we want to realize a higher proportion of renewable energies and waste heat. To do this, we need to redesign many of our sites and facilities. For the BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH we are looking for you as a documentation coordinator:in plant operation support district heating at the Rhinstraße location in Berlin in an indefinite position. Your tasks Technical support for the operation of the district heating network and the associated network stations. Data/document maintenance and change management using EPlan and CAD software in documents of district heating Responsible for cable management (digital cable book) Development and implementation of a storage/access system for data (handbooks, logs etc.) for the area, in coordination with SAP master data coordinator Collection of documents and storage according to definition Initiating and participating in projects for the digitization of technical documents assignments of services within the scope of documentation management internally and externally and their follow-up Working with projects related to document management You are representative of the SAP master data coordinator

Your profile You have completed technical training or training as a technician You have proven multiannual experience in master data management or document management in a technical field (mechatronics, process engineering, electrical engineering/MSR, data processing) You are interested in working with documents You have a profound technical understanding You have experiences with the software EPlan, also with CAD software You are familiar with the current MS Office products You work independently and structured, bring a high degree of self-initiative and enforcing power with you and have a strong analytical thinking capability You are communicative and team capable You speak fluent German in word and writing You have the willingness to occasionally work outside normal working time You are owned by Class B You meet about 70 percent of the requirements?
