Human Resources Officer (m/f/d)

Our HR department consists of five groups: HR, HR Controlling & Digitization, Recruiting, HR Development and HR Projects. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a HR consultant (m/w/d) in the HR-Betreuung group, who, with heart and mind, supervises his own staff from A to Z and has the pleasure of actively shaping HR systems and processes. A special focus is on the support of the employees of sales support.

Consulting & Care Executives and employees advise and support administratively on all relevant personnel topics (e.g. work contracts, assignment letters, works council hearings, certificates). Employee Lifecycle Responsibility for the entire employee cycle from entry to exit and continuous process optimization. Design-free space Expand your own area of responsibility for interest and work in specialist areas. Project work Own-sponsored acquisition and successful implementation of projects with different stakeholders. Sales support Support and support of employees of sales support as a central contact person.

Qualifications Successfully completed studies with HR-reference or further training to the qualified personnel specialist (m/w/d) as well as relevant practical experience in operational personnel work. Knowledge Solid know-how in tax, social security and labour law. Occupation Winning, trusting and customer-oriented – you always meet colleagues, executives and applicants at eye level. Procedure Structured, conscientious and proactive approach that ensures successful results. IT competence Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel (e.g. for evaluations, reporting and data analysis). In addition, you bring practical experience in dealing with at least one HR information system (HRIS) and use this routined in everyday work.
