Stand-alone brushing, programming and CNC milling of individual components and small series in precise individual parts and small series production. Secure handling of the Heidenhain control ITNC530 as well as independent adaptation and optimization of CNC programs directly on the machine. Experience in 5-axis milling is advantageous and supports the machining of complex workpieces in our modern CNC production. Implementation of the factory self-checking including quality control and measurements to ensure the highest manufacturing standards. Maintenance, maintenance and minor repairs on your own CNC milling machine to ensure trouble-free and efficient production processes. Responsibility for adhering to all quality requirements of our customers as well as precise and reliable implementation of the production orders.

A completed training as a machining mechanic or industrial mechanic forms the basis for your entry into our CNC production. Multiannual professional experience in CNC milling, machining or modern metal machining is advantageous. Self-contained, precise and reliable operation is self-evident and manifests itself in your daily work. Team skills and clear, respectful communication support you in dealing with colleagues. Experiences with a programming system such as SolidCam facilitate the efficient creation and adaptation of CNC programs. A strong sense of quality and responsibility completes your profile and ensures high-quality results in production.
