Employer (m/w/d) in the service and consulting center for our back office

for our service centers in Leipzig, Rostock and Neu-Isenburg(partial or full-time, up to 36 hours)

• In our service and consulting center you are the first contact person (m/w/d) for our customers
• You work in a team between 6 and 8 colleagues (m/w/d)

Your tasks for the back office:

• Treatment and response of insured requests on the subject of medicines, remedies, abortion, driving costs, household aid, reimbursement abroad, payment exemption, psychotherapy, precautionary/ rehabilitation measures, supplementary rehabilitation services

Your profile:

• Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)
• You have good and comprehensive knowledge of performance law and have basic knowledge of contribution law
• They bring joy and responsibility and have a safe and convincing appearance
• You are especially communicative and like to call
• Professional experiences in the telephone customer consultation and discussion are advantageous
• Working in the team is easy for you
• You have good user knowledge in the 21c|ng system
• Your pronounced understanding of service always lets you act customer-oriented
