The project manager Brandschutz/Statik is responsible for project management under design, commercial and technical aspects – from realization to key transfer and commissioning. The focus is on projects focusing on fire protection and/or statics.

You develop, plan and implement holistic, market- and demand-oriented commercial real estate and engineering projects up to the turnkey handover to the company – including focusing on fire protection-specific and static topics. You are responsible for the implementation and control of all planning and implementation processes within the project. You develop project ideas and concepts taking into account sustainable and economic optimization aspects, in particular in the fields of statics and fire protection. You define project goals, such as quality, dates and costs, and are responsible for their compliance. You take the key role in the project management and control and provide all project management cores such as organizing, posing, controlling, putting through, entering and deciding.

You have a successfully completed study of civil engineering or a comparable qualification with the focus on building (e.g. civil engineering or architecture). You have several years of professional experience in a planning office or construction company focusing on statics and structural planning. You have a well-founded knowledge of fire protection planning and the handling of fire protection regulations. An additional qualification (e.g. as a specialist planner for fire protection or the like) is a strong plus. You bring comprehensive professional and leadership experience in project management – especially in controlling time-critical projects. You have experience in refurbishment of listed buildings. A professional qualification or practical experience is an advantage for you. You have knowledge of VOB, HOAI and AHO.
