As a team leader Accident in the area of Health & Benefits, you will lead a team of specialist consultants and advise our customers in all aspects of the accident insurance business. Strategic and operational expansion of the accident insurance portfolio within Health & Benefits Interregional technical and disciplinary management of the specialist consultants in the team Management of specialist acquisitions in new and existing business, escalation management in difficult, professional topics, ensuring and controlling customer satisfaction Team development: development, securing and further development of technical quality Own strategic insurance and risk advice from customers and their acquisition in the field of group accident insurance, service travel accident insurance supplements assistance and other benefits in the local and international context Cross-Selling with other business units in cooperation with H&B Sales & Consulting, active networking and coordination with other specialist departments and our international colleagues Creation and implementation of strategy and management consulting services regarding the design of Accident programs for WTW customers, such as benchmarking Scoping and Pricing, Benefits Design, Provider and Benefits Selection Recommendations for managing our customers formulation of opinions and recommendations to support customer decision-making processes

Responsibility for the commercial development of accident customer connections (construction of new business, generation of fees for special services, expansion of further services used by the customer, renewal strategy, annual discussions, reduction/reorganisation of non-economic activities) and for customer profitability Insurer Management: Leading the annual talks with our partners, negotiating WTW-Wordings; Care and development of our cooperations Implementation of the H&B Excellence Strategy (Digitalization, Automation of Processes) in cooperation with H&B Operations Creation/Update of Communication Materials and Guides Implementation of training at customers to introduce insurance and benefits solutions as well as communication platforms Implementation of marketing measures and cooperation on local and international projects

Completed Business or Insurance Economics (Fach-) Higher Education (Department of Economics or Adjacent Study Fields) and/or Training as a Kauffrau/mann for Insurance and Finance in an Insurance or Consulting Company or Comparative Qualification Multiannual professional and consulting experience (B2B) in the areas of group accident insurance, travel accident insurance and assistance Experience in employee management and development Width expertise in the field of occupational personal insurance and insurance-like design/financing, good knowledge of the international market environment, very good knowledge and networking in the insurance industry Very good acquisitoral competence in the acquisition of new customers and the expansion of existing customer connections, as well as experience in independent customer support Professional, sovereign and safe occurrence in dealing with internal and external interlocutors as well as sales and customer-oriented thinking and acting Persuasiveness, argumentation and counselling at a challenging level Very good feeling for recognizing and implementing customer needs, analytically structured working methods with high outcome and solution orientation Would be desirable experience project management Benefits Experience in HR Technology and Communication Experience in the design of flexible services (flex fittings)
