The role is aimed at candidates who not only theoretically master IFRS, but also know well the audit/consultancy perspective as well as in particular the company's perspective. You work on complex, capital market-relevant issues with high economic relevance and actively contribute to the quality, consistency and development of our IFRS accounting and reporting. Report directly to Vice President Finance. Special responsibility for all IFRS topics focusing on IFRS 15 (Sales Management) and IFRS 38 (Intangible Assets) Assessment and assessment of complex biotech/pharmaceutical situations (e.g. licensing, cooperation, development and milestone agreements) Creation, maintenance and development of IFRS Accounting Policies and audit-proof Accounting Memos Support for consolidated financial statements according to IFRS and quarterly and half-year reporting Close cooperation with auditors in the context of final and audit processes Technical advice of finance, legal and operational business units Contribution to the optimization of reporting and consolidation processes in a listed environment

Successfully completed studies of business management, economics or comparable qualifications Multiannual relevant professional experience in the IFRS environment, ideally with a Big-4-Gesellschaft (Audit or Accounting Advisory) preferably in the Biotech/Life Sciences sector Very sound knowledge of IFRS, in particular IFRS 15 and IFRS 38 Experience in the analysis and accounting of complex contracts Advantage: Experience on both auditor and company sides Knowledge of SmartNotes and/or Lucanet desirable but not absolutely necessary Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Very good knowledge of German and English
