In total, nine other fully-stationary care facilities and two outpatient care services belong to the private carrier. You organize the workflows, first set up schedules and, together with the setup manager, ensure that everything is well-tuned You continuously develop our care offer and bring fresh ideas You control the care and care processes You actively implement quality management and keep in mind compliance with our standards You guide and support your team, promote the development of employees and motivate them You work according to the legal requirements of home supervision, care insurance companies and other authorities

You have a completed 3-year training in nursing [old caregivers, health caregivers, nursing staff, nurses, etc.] as well as training for the responsible nursing staff according to §71 SGB XI Ideally, you have management experience in the function as a responsible care specialist You are sensitive and strong in communication and an organizational talent You bring joy in dealing with older people and have a friendly and open being
