Our client is a family-run construction company based in Nuremberg for several decades and has excellent reputation in the region. As a specialist for individual, turnkey housing and solid building construction, the company stands for quality and reliability with several thousand realized projects and long-term regional partners.

The consequent regional orientation is particularly attractive for the construction management: The construction sites are located predominantly in a radius of about 50–60 km around Nuremberg. There are no long Mondays, supra-regional missions or regular hotel overnight stays: You are back home after your working day in the evening. Responsible management and control of turnkey housing projects Coordination and management of subcontractors and regional craft enterprises Monitoring of construction processes, dates, quality and costs Direct support and coordination with private builders Implementation of construction site dates and decreases as well as documentation of progress

Projektingenieur (m/w/d), Bautechniker (m/w/d) or Handicraftsman (m/w/d) Practical experience in the construction line or in high-, raw, housing or key construction Ideally experience in direct dealing with private builders Self-structed, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation with a pronounced organizational design Safe and binding occurrence and communication and enforcement strength
