The Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) is the largest university in Baden-Württemberg with around 33,000 students at nine study academies and three campuses as well as the Center for Advanced Studies. Together with 9,000 selected companies as well as social and health-related facilities, DHBW provides an excellently qualified specialist and managerial growth in the fields of business, technology, social and health. Since 1 January 2023 it has been part of the dual European University EU4Dual. You are responsible for the entire infrastructure of the 16 inner-city building sites of DHBW Stuttgart and thus for the technical construction and area management Commercial building management Infrastructure building management Technical building management

You have personal responsibility for a 17-person team You take over the user-side project coordination for all complex entertainment, refurbishment, modernization and rebuilding measures, as well as new buildings and strategic development You are responsible for managing, controlling and digitizing business processes in the field of expertise, including cost and quality management with procurement, contract and budget responsibility You conduct coordination talks with external bodies and state institutions

You have a completed academic degree (Diplom - University or Master) in a relevant field of study A multi-year professional experience in corresponding fields of activity and a high level of competence in project management is desirable. You have a very good leadership skills and several years of professional and leadership experience You think and work together with other disciplines and also trustfully with superiors You work in a service-oriented manner and are able to decide and cooperate You like to communicate with people and feel comfortable in a team You behave in an appreciation and self-confident manner towards your team, university members and students You represent the interests of the university committed and solution-oriented
