As a senior technical property manager, you play a central role in the further development of our technical property management activities in the Rhine Main area. The position offers you a lot of design space: you take responsibility, introduce your own ideas and can actively shape processes and working methods. At the same time, an environment awaits you, in which cooperation and mutual support are raised. You work closely with two Technical Property Managers, share your experience and develop the team together. Independent technical support of a business portfolio Creation of investment budgets in cooperation with commercial property management (KPM) and asset management Ensuring proper maintenance and repair of real estate Collection of offers, awarding, monitoring and acceptance of technical services and construction services Control and control of external service providers (e.g. facility management, master services) Responsibility for maintenance cycles, tests and operator obligations – including documentation in the CAFM system Planon Regular object visits (at least monthly) with state documentation Provision of technical documentation for reporting, due diligence or marketing processes

Complete technical training or studies in the field of construction, building technology or facility management At least 5 years of professional experience in technical real estate management with completed studies or at least 7 years of professional experience without study Embossed technical understanding, communication strength and customer orientation Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Teamability and negotiation skills in handling service providers and tenants Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Experience with ERP, CAFM and CRM systems (Yardi, Planon, deepki of advantage) driving licence class B Very good German knowledge and good English skills
