Construction Technician in the Field of Construction Maintenance (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Own-sponsored implementation of maintenance measures
• Self-determining the necessary measures to avoid and/or eliminate damage
• Regular visits and votes with users
• organisation and monitoring of repair measures to ensure road safety and insurance damage
• Planning, tendering and awarding of maintenance and framework contract services
• Cost planning and cost control

Your qualifications:

• Completed technical training as well as qualification as a state-tested construction technician (m/w/d)
• Class B licence required
• Experience in technical building management of advantage
• knowledge of procurement procedures (VOB, VOL) and relevant technical standards desirable
• Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Team skills, independent and structured working methods and quick conception
• Good knowledge of German (at least level B2)
