Development of the budget of the branch and all under-year commercial evaluations of the branch together with branch and service director Support of the Sales Process, Examination of Contract Documents, Participation in Contract Calls, Detections for Calculations Participation in transfer talks between sales and project managers Support for the award of subcontractors Commercial project management (commercial project controlling), ensuring the update of the project data (condition lists, construction performance) and monitoring of billing and dunning After-calculation of the projects and, if necessary, evaluation with the project participants Approval of accounts of the branch

Closed commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman/wife, office businessman/wife) or comparable qualification; further economic qualification beneficial At least 2–3 years of experience in commercial project controlling, in manufacturing or construction (TGA/MSR environment of advantage) Secure handling of ERP systems (SAP preferred), MS Office (Excel advanced); Knowledge of GAEB/AVA and VOB/B desirable Analytical Thinking Power, Structured and Independent Operation, Reliability, Teamability, Communication Strength to Project Managers and Customers Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge of advantage
