HR Generalist (m/f/d) Human Resources Management

Design a modern service-oriented HR landscape with us. As HR Generalist, you play a central role within our HR area. You ensure smooth operational HR work and are committed to implementing HR initiatives and projects. In a group of companies that grows and develops, you actively contribute to building the future together.

Support our HR Business Partners in all aspects of the operational support of specialists and executives, including the implementation of individual personal measures, taking into account legal and operational regulations Creation of personal documents such as work contracts, works council hearings or certificates via our HR system Processing of requests from employees as well as maintenance of personnel master files and digital personnel records Active participation in HR projects, for example in the areas of digitalisation Development and optimization of internal HR processes together with the team

Completed commercial training, a degree with a focus on personnel management or a comparable qualification First experience in operational personnel work and in cooperation with the works council as well as solid knowledge of labour law sovereign, discreet and professional handling of confidential information and sensitive data Structured, solution-oriented and independent operation with high quality standards Organizational talent and a pronounced hands-on mentality Joy in actively shaping operational HR processes Safe handling of MS Office as well as very good German knowledge (in word and writing)
