About the role: Do you want to help shape international IT projects and gain valuable practical experience alongside your studies? In this work student role you support our international project team in the structured planning, implementation and documentation of exciting IT initiatives. You will gain deep insights into project management processes at international level and work with colleagues from different countries and departments. Maintenance, updating and quality assurance of project-related lists and databases within the framework of international IT projects Support in the structured documentation of project information and the tracking of project progress Creation and visualization of reports, presentations and status updates for international stakeholders Communication and coordination with project teams and departments across borders Participation in organisational and administrative tasks in project management Support in the planning, coordination and implementation of project meetings and virtual workshops (partly in English)

Continuous studies in the field of economic informatics, computer science, BWL or comparable First experience or strong interest in project management and IT processes Good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Structured, conscientious and independent operation Intercultural competence, communication strength and team skills Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
