Carpenter / woodworker for our management team (m/f/d)

As a medium-sized family company with approx. The CoCo REAL Group manages around 7,500 rental units throughout Germany. From the company's headquarters in Sonthofen in Allgäu and eight national branches, we serve residential properties, commercial properties as well as healthcare and social real estate throughout the federal territory.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and motivated Schreiner / Holzhandwerker (m/w/d) in permanent position and full-time.

Your tasks

• Implementation of high-quality Schreiner- und Holzarbeit at our property stock (including houses from the founding period) in the Nuremberg/Fürth/Erlangen region
• Cooperation in the reconstruction and repair of R 
• Professional restoration and modernization, e.g. from historic staircases
• laying, working and repairing floor coverings, in particular wood
• General support of our management team for versatile Extrusion and maintenance measures

Your profile

• Completed handicraft training as a carpenter or comparable
• Self-responsible and careful working with high quality standards
• Interest in working with historical building material
• Teamability and a solution-oriented way of thinking
• Guide type B available
