A completed vocational training in the area of hotel, restaurants or housekeeping At least one-year experience in the guidance of trainees Qualification as a master, technician or specialist with training (AdA) or comparable suitability Professional experience as a cook, housekeeper, hotel expert or restaurant expert with instructor (AdA) Experience in working with young people and the corresponding target group Secure computer skills in the professional working environment Communication strength, team capacity, customer orientation and high social competence The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
