Junior Facility Manager (m/f/d)

As Junior Objectleiter*in (m/w/d) at Picnic in the Hamburg region, you have eyes and ears on the surface. You are active, proactive and strong. You enter 1 Fulfillment Center (FC) and around 10 Last Mile Hubs (distribution centers) in your region. Whether daily safety tours, coordination of service providers or rapid dissolution of faults – you ensure that our locations are safe, compliant and ready for use. By car you are regularly in your region to keep your portfolio in the best condition. Ownership: You carry out day-to-day building inspections and make sure that escape routes are free and all local safety standards are complied with. Ticket management: You control local service providers, accompany external technician teams and solve unforeseen problems (e.g. landlord topics or device failures) pragmatically according to the 80/20 rule. Stakeholder management: You are the first contact person for our FC leads and hub leads as well as regional service providers. You keep all of them transparent about the repair status. Project management: With new site openings or layout changes, you support administrative and operational. Budget care: You have autonomy over smaller local budgets (up to €500) and document everything quickly and precisely in our CMMS system.

A completed study (Bachelor or Master) in the field of facility management, building technology, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification (including trainees/vocational students with
