Production employees (m/f/d)

In order to support our team, we are looking for new team members for our production at our Ebersburg-Weyher site for 2 years in full time at the next possible time. With your technical know-how, you and your colleagues will ensure a smooth interaction of our modern production facilities.

These are your future tasks with us

Operation & Monitoring Production Plants – You make sure that our filling and production lines run reliably and intervene when something needs to be optimized.

Machines wait & maintain - You carry out regular maintenance, perform smaller repairs and keep our equipment in fire.

Retrofit & customize -You are testing machines for different products and thus ensures smooth processes.

Ensure quality - You document quality-relevant data and consistently implement our high standards in hygiene and food safety (e.g. HACCP).

You work closely with colleagues to achieve the best results together.

That's what you bring

Complete training – ideally in the technical field (e.g. specialist for food technology, mechatronics:in) or corresponding professional experience in production or machine operation.

Technical understanding - You have the pleasure of handling modern production facilities and are ready to work quickly into new processes.

Reliability Accuracy – You work carefully, keep an overview of the layer system and ensure the high quality of our products.

Team skills - You're packing up, supporting your colleagues and contributing to a good relationship.

Flexibility -You bring the willingness to work in the 3-shift system and benefit from fair layer supplements. In our high season, when the outside temperatures increase and our customers are more thirsty, you are also ready to take over an additional weekend shift.

This is what awaits you

Attractive remuneration -by internal tariff (20.58 € gross/hour) plus holiday and Christmas money.

Layer allowances – 25% (20:00–06:00, multi-working), 40% (sunday work) and 50% (fine work).
