Working with the standardisation of annual plant planning and regular forecasts to support target achievement across all production sites Implementation of (special) projects (e.g. building new sites, process optimizations) Analysis of group-wide KPIs for controlling production sites and evaluation of group reports Building clear, standardized procedures and guidelines to ensure sustainable transparency, comparability and data quality Support and advice of the factory management at the Gussenstadt site through sound analyses, decision templates and recommendations for action for efficient factory management Identification of cost-saving potentials and development of concrete measures proposals for sustainable optimization in close cooperation with the factory management Creation and further development of cost accounting in SAP including the methodology and control of costing Creation and coordination of investment projects and make-or-buy decisions Contact for Plant Manager, Management Operations/SCM and Group Controlling/Accounting

Completed degree: Bachelor or comparable degree At least 3-5 years of professional experience in controlling/funded controlling skills found SAP knowledge in particular in the modules CO, FI and MM; Experiences in the PP module are desirable, first contact points with S/4 HANA are advantageous Very good user knowledge with MS Office 365, especially in Excel Willingness to cross-functional and site cooperation Designed analytical and conceptual skills and an independent and solution-oriented approach High team and communication skills as well as the ability to explain complex facts in a comprehensible manner Secure knowledge of English in word and writing Flexible handling of technological innovations Suitable for severely disabled persons, according to the task and request profile
