The integrated Projects, Planning and Realization department is looking forward to your application! In this position, the development and implementation of a global BIM/digitalization strategy for the planning and implementation department of the Global Real Estate in cooperation with the digitization department is one of your tasks. In our planning and implementation projects, you are responsible for the digital processes running smoothly. If necessary, you will additionally support the implementation and ensure efficient implementation. In addition, in the analysis, optimization and design of a BIM-related process landscape according to BPM methodology, you participate in the PMO (= Project Management Office) of the Global Real Estate over all life cycle phases of buildings. They derive software requirements from the BIM strategy and build the software landscape together with the digitization department. You will also be responsible for identifying, evaluating and implementing new developments and innovations and their integration in the team. They are always striving to develop and continuously optimize the digitalization requirements of the business unit in close cooperation with the digitization department. As part of a global company, they establish and coordinate a BIM network already strong today and guide workshops and coordination meetings. Together with the experts of the digitization department, you act as a central point of contact for Real Estate BIM experts within the Global Real Estate. Last but not least, you are responsible for introducing new methods and processes with an established change management approach and training of stakeholders.
