Team Leader Engineering / Planning – Communication Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Leadership and Team Development (People Management) As a group manager, team leader, take over the professional and disciplinary leadership, staff management of a multi-headed planning team (approximately 5-10 employees). Quality Assurance, QM and Compliance You ensure compliance with all relevant standards, DIN standards, technical regulations and regulations (DIN, VOB/A/B/C, HOAI, VDE, construction regulations, occupational safety, environmental protection) and contractual agreements, performance directories. Through systematic quality controls, quality assurance (QS), quality management (QM), documentation and proactive risk management, risk assessment ensure that our projects meet the highest standards, best practices and that our customers, clients are fully satisfied. Process optimization and innovation (Continuous Improvement) You continuously develop existing planning processes, workflows, methods (KVP, Lean Management), introduce new methods, tools, software and digital solutions (e.g. BIM - Building Information Modeling, digital building records, cloud solutions) and actively contribute to digitization, automation, efficiency improvement of our work processes. Expertise meets personality: Academic qualification or comparable qualification You have completed their studies, university degree in civil engineering, civil engineering and environmental engineering, economic engineering construction, architecture, civil management, project management construction (Bachelor, Master, Diplom, Diplom-Ingenieur) or a comparable technical qualification with a technical engineering focus.
