You ensure the functionality and performance of the AOK Direct Advisory team to provide customers with high service quality through the virtual service channels. You support the management of all employees of the site and support them in their daily practice for excellent customer advice on all channels of direct consulting and a high quality of work in the team. You support the harmonisation of the shift plan. You implement the strategy, goals and budget specifications on the basis of your leadership requirements in daily work and in interaction with all locations. You continuously optimize work organization, consulting quality and customer satisfaction as part of the leadership team. You are responsible for promoting customer satisfaction through consistent implementation of the services standards and ensuring the implementation of the sales and marketing concept as well as promoting the sales of additional products of AOK Baden-Württemberg. You provide communication and information to the direct leadership and within the team and ensure constructive, partnership and trusting cooperation with other organizational units.

You have a degree in AOK Business Administration or have a completed university degree or a comparable qualification. Multiannual management experience and multiannual professional experience in statutory health insurance are advantageous. From yourself, you can see situations that make a quick decision necessary. You promote personal responsibility and develop your employees. To achieve long-term corporate goals, think and plan ahead.
