You implement object planning according to § 39 HOAI, LP 1-9 in the case of the processing of new building, modernization, maintenance and construction maintenance tasks on external facilities and open spaces (planning, tendering, construction management, settlement in the area of public parking and garden facilities, daycare facilities, schools and other public institutions). You supervise and monitor the planning offices commissioned by the city of Rüsselsheim am Main. You coordinate planning and entertainment activities in the context of other urban infrastructure measures. You are responsible for the functional, economic and technical optimization of the green areas and outdoor installations. You develop opinions and specialist contributions on urban planning projects and third-party planning. You are involved in drawing up budget estimates and funding applications and monitor them. You are involved in transnational project work groups.

Your completed university degree (Diplom, Master or Bachelor degree) in the field of landscape architecture, gardening and landscape planning, outdoor planning or a comparable qualification. Your existing professional experience at best in the LP 1-9 from the design including cost calculation, through the execution planning and performance directory creation to the construction, settlement and acceptance. their practical experience, ideally in a municipal administration and the care of commissioned planning offices and in the perception of the building properties. Your experience with integrated planning and design processes. their good knowledge of the relevant standards and legislation as well as in the handling of VOB, UvgO and HOAI. your ability to think and act strategically and conceptually. your communication strength and your conflict resolution competence as well as your team and service orientation. their experience of communicating complex relationships in the field of public green spaces with citizens and political bodies. your already acquired experience in public relations, such as inquiries from citizens, press releases, participation and consultation. your very good computer skills in MS Office applications, as well as CAD drawing programs (e.g. Auto CAD) and AVA programs. your already existing class B driver's license and your willingness to use your own car for service trips against corresponding cost compensation.
