These include, among other things, the participation in the selection of suppliers, the implementation of risk analysis, the monitoring of maturity projects with suppliers in the context of the supplier development process, the implementation of VDA 6.3 audits and the initial sampling of purchasing parts. In addition, in capacity management, we ensure the basic capacity of our suppliers for the Mannheim plant with regard to the parts supply.
