Conception, development and implementation of innovative automation solutions for business-critical core processes with high transaction volume and ensuring scalable, sustainable technical architecture Hands-on Development and Development of Reusable Business Capabilities as well as technical standards, guidelines and architectural specifications to promote company-wide automation and efficiency enhancement Evaluation, piloting and integration of new technologies (e.g. Generative AI, Agent-KI, Process Mining) for identifying automation potentials and implementing strategic architectural and innovation goals Ensuring the quality, performance and scalability of automation solutions through active technical cooperation, architectural reviews, technical acceptances and continuous optimization of existing solutions Technical control of external and international implementation partners by defining technical requirements, structuring of work packages and specification of quality standards for timely project realization Promoting the technical know-how building in the team through pair programming, tech talks and close cooperation with specialist areas, governance and compliance units to develop future-oriented automation solutions according to the principle “Architect who codes”

Complete vocational training as a specialist:in, IT-Studium (Diplom / Master) or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in process automation and digitalization of business processes Practical experience in the integration of AI solutions into existing process landscapes Knowledge of APIs, Microsoft Power Platform and Camunda knowledge of Python, FEEL and at least one other programming language Experience with document processing technologies such as OCR, object detection or document intelligence services Secure communication in German (at least C1) and professional appearance towards different stakeholders
