In the regional office in North Rhine-Westphalia, the stock exchange association represents the interests of some 900 member companies on site.

For the regional office in Düsseldorf we are looking for one/n at 01.09.2025, Regional Director (m/d) as part of an unlimited full-time agency (38,50h /Where.)

Head of the Regional Office in North Rhine-Westphalia (Düsseldorf) Active contact management to the member companies of the Börsenverein in NRW as well as to the internal interfaces within the Börsenverein and the national associations Representation of the regional office at events such as the regional meetings held several times a year Conducting information events on industry-relevant topics and reading promotion activities Active contact management, representation of interests and lobbying at national level (policy, business and cultural organisations) Responsibility for the budget of the regional office Discipline and professional leadership of the team of our regional office in Düsseldorf

They have a successfully completed academic training (completed study). They have several years of professional experience in the association environment or in companies, in particular in the area of representation of interests, at best from the producing or spreading book trade. You can bring your existing network to state ministries, authorities, associations and other institutions profitable for this function. As an active networker*in, you are constantly expanding your contacts with the aim of integrating this network into your activity. They have multi-year leadership experience, give your team a clear orientation and strengthen it in self-responsible, strengthening-based work. Ideally, you bring experience in the economic management of smaller business units into operation.
