They are responsible for the development, recruitment and deactivation of BImA's own apartments. They act as a contact person for the housing services of the demand providers and for the tenants, or as part of the complaint management. The production and dispatch of release letters fall into your task area. They request the application documents of housing care persons. The selection and decision of several applicants for housing care is one of your tasks in accordance with the Federal Landshoulding Directives and the written assignment to applicants and landlords. They are the contact person for renters with regard to the continued registration of the apartment after leaving the federal service and at the termination of the funding contract. You create the cancellations and inform about the payment of rental grants. The preparation and processing of permanent reports and statistics is part of your task. They estimate properties in terms of rentalability and report needs for housing care for new promotions. They coordinate the contacts with the viewing dates or inquiries. We work mobile and flexible. However, service trips, including throughout the federal territory, are included in the service post/workplace. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

Qualification: They have completed university studies (Diplom [FH] /Bachelor) in the fields of financial management, economic law, business management, real estate management, graduate journalist*in (1st State Exam) or comparable qualifications. Competences: They have knowledge of civil law, in particular in rental law and contract law. They are characterized by sound application knowledge of the IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) and the use of the Internet. You have knowledge in the field of federal budget regulations as well as in SAP ERP 6.0/ RE‐FX or you are willing to acquire them in the short term. Knowledge in the field of real estate management with housing and experience in the area of housing care of the federal government are of advantage. Knowledge and practical experience in meeting selection decisions regarding tenants are advantageous. Other: They bring customer-/addresse-oriented behavior, safe occurrence and pronounced and targeted negotiation skills. In addition to a good judgment, you show a high degree of willingness to decide and take responsibility. It distinguishes a thorough, independent and reliable way of working – even with increased workflows – as well as self-initiative and the ability to creative and conceptual work. They have a good organizational skill with the ability to think and act economically. A very good expressiveness in word and writing as well as a pronounced communication skills are among your strengths. They are criminal and bring the ability to act in a team-oriented manner. It is advantageous if you have a class B driving licence.
