You make sure that everything goes around in your shift – from planning to implementation. You make sure that our production specifications and quality standards are complied with. You plan personnel deployment and keep in mind capacities, costs and appointments. You lead, support and develop your team and introduce your experience in Lean, KVP and Six Sigma. You are at the start with budget topics and certifications and guide Shopfloormeetings. You create clear work instructions and actively engage in exciting projects.

You have completed a training as an industrial master in the fields of metal, electrical engineering, mechatronics, chemistry or food Alternatively, you have a comparable training and professional experience You own a strong organizational talent and trade your own initiative You have the ability to lead employees and successfully implement changes You are teamable, flexible and ready for shiftwork
