Overall responsibility for Quality Assurance in the EU-GMP environment. Professional and disciplinary leadership of the 6-member QA team Conception and continuous development of quality-relevant processes Management and coordination of projects in QA Internal as well as external interface function for all quality-relevant topics Continuous further development of the GMP-compliant QA system, in particular in the field of SOP and document management, Quality Risk Management, Change Control processes, Deviation and CAPA Management, Training and Internal Audits Management and implementation of supplier audits Coordination of administrative contacts and official inspections Qualification of suppliers and service providers and conception of QA-relevant contracts

Successfully completed scientific studies or a comparable background for training Insufficient professional experience in the field of Quality Assurance in the pharmaceutical industry with regulatory contacts and CMOs Good practical knowledge of the implementation of GMP regulations in the generic environment Contemporary leadership and joy in operational cooperation in in interdisciplinary teams Sovereign appearance at all hierarchical levels as well as pronounced communication capability Working style characterized by great care, accuracy and reliability without losing sight of the whole German knowledge and fluent English skills, as well as worldwide readiness Qualification as a skilled person according to §15 AMG of advantage
