With your view for the whole, you coordinate and optimise technical and organizational processes through sustainable TPM and CVP measures . You always have an eye on the performance increase. Moderate workshops on problem solving, promote implementation and keep your team up to date on key figures and the status of TPM measures. There's more! With your technical expertise and the courage to change things, you develop new approaches and set standards for systematic problem solving. Layer planning and assignment? No problem: As a real organizational client, you have the agile day-to-day business firmly under control. You act and you do – if your colleagues need support, of course you will be happy to pack up with your hand on mentality. Together with the team management, you will raise your leadership skills to the next level and help in the professional and personal development of your team .

You have successfully completed your technical training in mechanics or mechatronics or as a mechanical engineer (m/w/d). You could already prove that you are planning and coordinating tasks in previous jobs. Without teamwork, nothing goes for you: your colleagues appreciate your communicative way and know that You can always turn to you. You are reliable, flexible and always ready to crumble the sleeves – to achieve your goals, you give everything. Logic is your second first name! You love to think analytically and to work in a structured, solution-oriented and self-initiative way. It is clear that even the handling of computer-supported systems (MS Office, goods management and storage systems) is easy to handle.
