Total responsibility for the steel construction sector Reporting to production management Ensuring safe, economical, quality-compliant and timely operation in the steel industry Employee-close and binding leadership with high production presence Ensuring compliance with legal and operational regulations, and implementing safety, health and the environment Individual, technological and capacitive planning of production Measuring the effectiveness of implemented measures and sustainable anchoring of new processes and structures Budget and Cost Responsibility Planning of investment projects in cooperation with relevant departments Determination of qualification requirements as well as development of skilled workers and junior executives Active participation in plant structure planning in the definition of future plant, manufacturing and system structures Consistent implementation of the transformation while ensuring ongoing operation Cross-sector coordination of all technical and infrastructural measures relating to buildings, machinery and installations Continuous, innovative development of the organization, manufacturing processes, work safety and product quality KPI-based control of the area as well as demand-oriented further development of existing KPIs

Successfully completed technical university studies, preferably in the field of mechanical engineering Multiannual professional and management experience in a comparable position in an industrial company Additional qualification Welding specialist desirable Funded economic knowledge with a pronounced affinity for steel construction Experience in controlling complex production areas Analytical and innovation-oriented personality with a secure understanding of key figures and a strong focus on implementation Additional qualifications and professional experience in shopfloor, change and project management desirable Very good English skills
