Your duties

In accordance with a predetermined objective, you develop new construction projects and energy-technical renovation measures for existing properties independently and independently. You perform contractor tasks and the contractor representation. You organise award procedures, tenders, awards and bills and carry out them. The project controlling including documentation is in your hand.

You are trained civil engineering technicians (m/w/d) with many years of professional experience or have a completed study of the fields of civil engineering, project management in civil engineering. Funded knowledge of HOAI, VOB and BauO will bring you with you. You work structured and result-oriented and convince with very good communication skills, team spirit and enforcement capability. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing are indispensable. driving licence class B
