Your tasks

• Responsibility: You are an interface for the field of expertise and development for the “Kaufland Card” and take over the role of Business Analyst for the Solution CRM Loyalty (Backend for “Kaufland Card”)
• Post: You develop, in cooperation with our developers, our Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
• Consultation: You support the department of Kaufland with regard to our IT solutions from start-up to consulting to operational transfer
• Support: You serve the entire cloud solution from analysis to implementation to operation
• Support: You analyze data flows around the "Kaufland Card" and keeps the data flows in mind
• Analysis: For our international project of the "Kaufland Card" you specify new requirements and are advising to the side of the technical implementation via the interface design to carry out function tests

Your profile

• Passion: You bring an enthusiasm for customer relationship management (CRM)
• Experience: You already have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Azure in CRM context
• Analytical thinking: You can quickly find yourself in a complex system architecture environment
• Hands-on-Mentality: Self-initiative and decision-making
• Teamplayer: High communication skills and service orientation are one of your strengths
• Qualification: You can prove a successfully completed study of (economic) informatics or comparable qualifications
• Communicate: You can communicate well in German and English (in word and writing)
